Feedback arrives scattered across email, PDFs, Excel and Slack. A producer transcribes and reconciles it, editors hunt down layers to fix, and it goes round 3–5 times — mostly for mechanical fixes.

What the system does

Comment on the frame; AI imports email and PDF notes with timecodes into one retake sheet, flags duplicates and conflicts, applies mechanical fixes in After Effects and hands the rest to editors as markers.
