Understand your work
We interview your team about the tasks they repeat every day and week, the tools and files they use, and what must stay confidential.
PREP 02
Decide what AI takes on
We list the tasks and sort them into hand to AI, keep with people, and not yet — then pick the highest-impact ones for training.
PREP 03
Design training for you
The session is built on your real files, with tool connections and security settings prepared in advance.
Interviews and design are included in the training fee.
TWO DAYS
Of 12 hours, only one is explanation. The rest is spent asking AI to do your actual tasks on your actual files — listening alone doesn’t change what happens the next day.
Day 1
6 hours
One hour on how it works and what to watch for. The rest is hands-on: the tasks we chose together, on your own machine and files, fixing how you ask as you go.
Day 2
6 hours
Bring what happened when you used it in real work. We fix the sticking points and agree on house rules and security settings.
We leave one to two weeks between the days for real use (consecutive days or three half-days also work).
CONNECT
Beyond file storage and chat, Claude and ChatGPT can connect to production tools like After Effects, Blender and Unity. We set up the connections to the tools your team actually uses.
